Materials & Methods research was before-and-after clinical trial study. study, 49 aged 55 80 years, at least 3 months past their still having were included an orthopedic specialist reviewing inclusion exclusion criteria. After first researcher considered criteria knee, including quadriceps, hamstring, gastrocsoleus, 27 qualified. amount before, week, month, measured compared based linear visual analog scale. Also, performance assessed injury osteoarthritis outcome score questionnaire. short-term Results results show significant difference (P<0.001) between before (57.2±8.9) week (10.8±33.6). there (P<0.006) (47.5±11.9) (42.3±10.6).
